The Cedar Room
Tongue-and-groove cedar to the walls and ceiling, an exposed brick chimney breast, and a full bluestone floor.

Our approach
Cedar run vertically on the walls and along the ceiling so the grain carries the length of the room. The chimney breast was left in exposed brick as the one hard surface in a room otherwise made of timber and stone.
The result
Bluestone laid in irregular courses across the whole floor, with the cedar returning down to a skirt at the base of the brick.
